3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
WE ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

STEP 2: WAIT FOR APPROVAL (48 business hours)
– We will review your photos and order
– We will check the item condition against policy
– You will receive an approval/rejection email
– Check your spam folder if you don’t see it
– DO NOT SHIP until approved

– Include your return authorization number in the package
– Use TRACKED shipping (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx)
– SAVE your tracking number
– Recommended to ensure packages over $100
– Ship within 14 days of approval
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
**YOU (The Customer) pay for return shipping.
** This is standard for dropshipping retailers. We recommend using an affordable service:
– USPS Priority Mail (tracked) = $10-20
– USPS Ground Advantage = $5-15
– UPS Ground = $10-25 – FedEx Ground = $10-25
**Important:** Save your tracking number. If we don’t receive your package, we cannot process your refund.
Untracked Returns
If you ship without tracking, we are not responsible if the package is lost. Use a trackable service.
6. RETURN INSPECTION & REFUND
After We Receive Your Return (3-5 business days) We will:
– Inspect the item condition
– Verify all original tags present
– Verify original packaging intact
– Check for any damage or wear
– Send you inspection result via email
If Approved
**You will receive:**
– Approval email confirmation
– Refund processed to original payment method
– Money appears in 7-10 business days
– Your bank may add another 3-5 days
– **Total: expect refund in 10-14 days**
If Rejected
**Possible reasons:**
– Tags were removed or damaged
– Item shows signs of wear
– Packaging was damaged
– Item has odor or stains
– Item doesn’t meet condition requirements
**Your options:**
1. We return the item to you (you pay return shipping)
2. Item kept per our returns policy
3. Partial refund offered (case by case).
We will explain in detail why it was rejected.
7. REFUND PAYMENT METHOD
Where Does Your Money Go?
Your refund will be returned to:
– **Original payment method only**
– Same credit/debit card used for purchase
– NOT to a different card
– NOT to cash or wire transfer
– NOT to a new payment method
If You Used Different Payment Methods
Example: Ordered with Visa, but want refund to Mastercard – **We cannot do this**
– Refund goes to the original Visa only
– If you need it on another card, you must:
1. Wait for the refund to Visa
2. Transfer funds to your other card yourself
Timeline for Refunds
- Item arrives at our address: Day 0
- We inspect: Days 1-5
- We process the refund: Day 5
- Refund appears in your account: Days 5-14
- Bank processes: Days 14-19
**Worst case: 19 days from when we receive the item**
Refund Delays?
If 14 days have passed and no refund:
**Step 1:** Check your bank account

- – Call your bank and ask about pending refunds
**Step 2:** Contact your credit card company
- – Ask if the refund is pending
- – They can see our refund in their system
- – Banks sometimes delay processing

8. ITEMS DAMAGED AT ARRIVAL
If Item Arrives Damaged You have **7 days** to report.

- Unboxing video (optional but helpful)

We Will Resolve Within 48 Hours
**Option 1: FREE Replacement**
- We send new item at no cost
- You keep the damaged item
- Replacement arrives in 15-20 days **Option 2: Full Refund**
- Full refund to original payment method
- You keep the damaged item
- Refund appears in 7-10 days. You choose which you prefer.
9. DEFECTIVE OR POOR QUALITY ITEMS
Quality Issues (Bad Stitching, Leather Defect, etc.)

- Example: Small stitch loose = 20% refund

10. EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange for Different Size or Color

- Item unused and unworn
- All tags present
- Within 30 days

- Send photos of the current item
**Process:**
- We approve within 48 hours
- You ship the old item (you pay shipping)

11. ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancel Within 1 Hour
If you want to cancel immediately after ordering:

- Full refund issued
- Appears in the account within 24 hours
Cannot Cancel After Processing
If more than 1 hour has passed:

- You must wait for delivery and request a return
- Follow standard return process above
