If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

RETURN WINDOW: 30 DAYS

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. This is your complete window to initiate the return process. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

Item Condition:
– Item is unused and unworn
– All original tags attached and visible
– Original packaging intact
– No signs of opening or handling
– No damage, stains, or discoloration

What You Need:
– Original order number
– Proof of purchase (email receipt)
– Original packaging in good condition
– All tags attached

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:
– More than 30 days have passed since delivery
– Item has been worn or used
– Tags have been removed or damaged
– Packaging is damaged or missing
– Item has stains, odors, or visible damage
– Item shows signs of wear
– Personalized or custom-made bags
– Final sale items marked at checkout
– Gift cards or non-merchandise items

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

STEP 1: CONTACT US (Within 30 days of delivery)

In your email, include:
– Your order number
– Item name and color
– Reason for return
– At least 2-3 clear photos:
• Full item, front and back
• Close-up of tags (must be visible)
• Photo of original packaging

STEP 2: WAIT FOR APPROVAL (24 business hours)

We will review your photos and order within 24 business hours. We will check
the item condition against policy and send you an approval or rejection email.
Check your spam folder if you don’t see our response. DO NOT SHIP until
approved.

STEP 3: SHIP YOUR RETURN (After approval)

IMPORTANT:
– Include your return authorization number in the package
– Use TRACKED shipping (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx)
– SAVE your tracking number
– We recommend insuring your return package

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

YOU (The Customer) pay for return shipping.

This is standard for dropshipping retailers. We recommend using a tracked
service such as:
– USPS Priority Mail (tracked)
– USPS Ground Advantage
– UPS Ground
– FedEx Ground

Check current rates with your carrier before shipping.

Important: Save your tracking number. If we don’t receive your package, we
cannot process your refund.

If you ship without tracking, we are not responsible if the package is lost.
Use a trackable service.

5. RETURN INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESSING

After We Receive Your Return:

We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will verify:
– Item condition matches your description
– All original tags present
– Original packaging intact
– No damage or wear

If Approved:
– You will receive approval email confirmation
– Refund processed to original payment method within 5 business days
– Your bank may take 2-3 additional business days to display the funds
– Total expected refund in account: 7-8 business days after we receive
your return

If Rejected:
Possible reasons:
– Tags were removed or damaged
– Item shows signs of wear
– Packaging was damaged
– Item has stains or odors
– Item doesn’t meet condition requirements

Your options if rejected:
1. We return the item to you (you pay return shipping)
2. Item retained per our returns policy
3. Partial refund offered (case by case basis)

We will explain in detail why it was rejected.

6. REFUND PAYMENT METHOD

  • Your refund will be returned ONLY to:
    – The original payment method used for purchase
    – Same credit/debit card used
    – NOT to a different card
    – NOT to cash or wire transfer
    – NOT to a new payment method

    If You Used Different Payment Methods (Example: Ordered with Visa, want
    refund to Mastercard):
    – We cannot do this
    – Refund goes to the original Visa only
    – If you need it on another card, wait for the refund to Visa and transfer
    funds yourself.

7. COMPLETE REFUND TIMELINE

Day 0: Your return arrives at our address
Days 1-5: We inspect the item
Day 5: We approve and initiate refund
Days 5-10: Refund transfers to your bank
Days 10-13: Your bank deposits the funds (2-3 business days)
TOTAL: 7-8 business days from receipt to refund in your account

If 14 days have passed and you still don’t see the refund:

Step 1: Check your bank account
– Look in pending transactions
– Call your bank and ask about pending refunds

Step 2: Contact your credit card company
– Ask if the refund is pending
– Banks can delay processing

8. ITEMS DAMAGED AT ARRIVAL

If Item Arrives Damaged:

You have 7 days to report damage.

– Photos of packaging
– Unboxing video (optional but helpful)
– Order number

We Will Resolve Within 24 Hours:

Option 1: FREE Replacement
– We send new item at no cost
– You keep the damaged item
– Replacement arrives in 15-20 days

Option 2: Full Refund
– Full refund to original payment method
– You keep the damaged item
– Refund appears in 7-8 business days

9. DEFECTIVE OR POOR QUALITY ITEMS

Quality Issues (Bad Stitching, Leather Defect, Manufacturing Issues):

If quality is not as described, you have 30 days to report.

– Example: Small loose stitch = 20% refund

Option 3: Full Refund
– For major issues
– Example: Leather split or major damage = 100% refund.

10. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange for Different Size or Color:

Available if:
– Item unused and unworn
– All tags present
– Within 30 days of delivery

How to request:

– Tell us the size/color you want
– Send photos of the current item

Process:
– We approve within 3 business days
– You ship the old item (you pay shipping)
– We send the new item (we pay shipping)
– Total time: 15-40 days.

11. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancel Within 1 Hour:

If you want to cancel immediately after ordering:

Request must be within 1 hour of purchase.

We will cancel immediately. Full refund issued within 24 hours.

Cannot Cancel After 1 Hour:

If more than 1 hour has passed:
– Your order has already been sent to the supplier
– Cancellation is not possible
– You must wait for delivery and request a standard return
– Follow the return process above

12. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Some items marked as Final Sale at checkout:
– Cannot be returned
– Cannot be exchanged
– No refund available

For customers in Canada returning items:
