and tracked until delivery.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, and quality inspection, and professional packaging.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time.

– Tracking: Included, activated immediately upon shipment

4. FREE SHIPPING
Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders shipped to the United States and
Canada. There is no minimum purchase requirement, no coupon needed, and no
special conditions. Free shipping is automatically included at checkout.
Express Shipping is optional and costs $15 USD for United States orders and
$15 CAD for Canadian orders.
5. HOW TO SELECT YOUR SHIPPING METHOD
At checkout, you will choose between two shipping options:
Standard Shipping (FREE) — Choose if you prefer to wait 3 weeks and have
no additional shipping charge.
Express Shipping ($15) – Choose if you need faster delivery and want your
order within 1-2 weeks.
6. PACKAGE TRACKING
All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive a tracking email
with a link to monitor your shipment status.
Standard Shipping: Tracking becomes active 1-2 days after shipment.
Express Shipping: Tracking becomes active immediately upon shipment.
Track your package at USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com.
7. INSURANCE & PROTECTION
We recommend adding insurance to all leather orders for complete protection gainst loss or damage during transit.
Insurance Cost: $3-5 USD (added at checkout)
Coverage: Full replacement or full refund if the package is lost or severely damaged during shipping
Insurance is optional and not included by default. Select it at checkout if you wish to add protection to your order.
If you add insurance and your package is lost or damaged, we will process a claim with the carrier within 7-10 business days and provide a full
replacement or refund.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
Report damage within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@leatherbagco.com
with the subject line “Damaged Package – [Order #]”.
Include clear photos of the damage and packaging condition, and your order
number.
Resolution: We will provide a free replacement or full refund, your choice.
If Your Package Is Lost or Marked Delivered But Not Received
Wait 3 days after delivery date, as your package may be delayed in final
delivery.
Check with neighbors and building management.
If still not received after 3 days, email hello@leatherbagco.com with your order number and tracking number. We will file a carrier claim immediately.
Resolution: We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
If Your Package Is Delayed Beyond Estimated Delivery Window
If your package is delayed more than 5 days beyond the maximum estimated
delivery date, contact us with your tracking number. We will contact the carrier immediately to investigate.
If severely delayed (15+ days beyond estimate), we will offer a partial
refund or replacement.
9. SHIPPING ADDRESS VERIFICATION
Before completing your purchase, verify that your shipping address is:
– Complete and accurate
– Includes apartment, suite, or unit number if applicable
– Contains a valid phone number
We cannot redirect packages to different addresses once shipment has occurred. If you provide an incorrect address, contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, the package may already be in transit and cannot be redirected.
10. DELIVERY TIMES DISCLAIMER
Estimated delivery times are based on normal business conditions. Delivery times may be extended due to:
– US federal holidays or Canadian statutory holidays
– Extreme weather or natural disasters
– Carrier delays or service interruptions
– Customs delays (international orders)
– Address delivery complications
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our
control.
